Fascinate and engage your baby in this 10-week yoga course. You and your baby will bond in a relaxed and calm environment using colourful materials, bubbles and textures. Each session, you will learn warm-up exercises and songs, practise yoga poses and stretches to release physical and mental tension, and explore breathing techniques that calm and relax both baby and you. Your babies will begin to gain independence and social skills through sensory play with other babies. Adults attending with baby can be a parent, grandparent or carer.
