Fascinate and engage your baby using colourful resources, bubbles and textures during this 11-week parent and baby yoga. You will explore breathing and mindfulness techniques that calm and relax both baby and you and help with broken sleep and tension. You will have fun learning new movements that develop strength through lifting and supporting your baby and you will develop relaxation techniques while your baby learns through sensory play. Adults attending with baby can be a parent, grandparent or carer.
