Fascinate and engage your toddler using colourful resources, bubbles and textures during this 10-week parent and toddler yoga. You will explore breathing and mindfulness techniques that calm and relax both toddler and you and help with tension. You will have fun practising and memorising new poses, including spinal twists, mountain pose and tree pose and you will follow guided relaxation techniques while your toddler is mesmerised by bubbles. Adults attending with baby can be a parent, grandparent or carer.
