On this course you will learn about how to eat healthily and how to control your calorie intake. This will be advised by changing eating habits, by eating regular small meals no more than three per day, portion control and keeping yourself well hydrated with water. This course is a 35 week course and part of a discrete curriculum for Adults with Learning Difficulties. Learn to be able to demonstrate awareness of Health and Safety in the Kitchen and to select healthy meal options and produce low cost meals.
