Do you enjoy a flowing yoga class that brings flexibility and balance to your practice? In this course you will learn how to confidently perform the basics of yoga flow sequences. They will merge dynamic Hatha yoga for alignment, Sivandanda yoga for subtle mind and breath work and Ashtanga Vinyasa for building heat, flexibility and stamina. These classes work towards experiencing ease and stability in your poses so that you can leave with a renewed sense of being refreshed, relaxed and energised.This class is suitable for allages (over 19 years), beginners and improvers levels.PROVISIONAL DATES FOR PROPOSED EXAMS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THERE WILL BE NO CLASS ON 4/12/19 DUE TO EXAMS TAKING PLACE.Please be aware the classroom for this course is on the first floor of the Brockley Rise Centre.
