On this 4 week course you will learn and improve techniques to massage safely and effectively to relieve tension and minor aches and pains. You will also increase your knowledge of how to use essential oils safely in massage and other ways, and in the home. You will be able to blend recipes at home and expand your knowledge and practical approaches under a supervision of an experienced tutor who will guide you according to your learning goals.
