Writing your own Business Plan for your own business may seem overwhelming even when you have acquired some prior knowledge. Writing in the language required to attract different funding organisations or articulating your thoughts on paper may also be challenging. This course aims to help learners navigate through any of these obstacles with practical steps, guidelines and tips to start to continue to progress and enjoy the business journey. This 4 week course will continue to give you more insight of the business environment, developing your identified business model. You will develop a short-term Business Plan implementing knowledge acquired from the previous course. You will be able to apply the different tools and techniques learnt while learning additional ones including the 4Ps and feasibility study. You should be able to write a simple vision and mission statement that will reflect the current business idea. You will learn additional ways to connect with your clients and promote your products in order to satisfy your clients and ensure your venture is profitable. We will continue to research and learn from successful businesses and entrepreneurs within the industry to build confidence, expand your knowledge base, engage with likeminded people and develop the right mindset to compliment the already acquired balloon display skills.
