Regular practice of Hatha yoga, with its gentle postures and breathing exercises, will increase your energy levels, give relief from insomnia, high blood pressure, and other health and injury issues. Hatha yoga will calm your mind and is excellent for stress management and improved wellbeing. Gentle poses will increase flexibility, mobility, stamina and improve posture. During the class we practise 2 breathing exercises, some calming, some energising. All classes end with a period of deep relaxation. This course welcomes all levels. Classes are based on mixed ability levels so everyone from complete beginners to experienced practitioners are welcome. Come and join us
