Would you like to target and strengthen every area of the body resulting in improved wellbeing? Our Yoga and Meditation classes will help you to achieve it. You will learn mixed ability Hatha yoga which consists of these classical postures - forward, backward bends, standing poses, floor work, a variety of inversions, twists etc. All lessons end with a 10 minute relaxation session at the end. The meditative aspect of the course will revolve around simple verbal instructions, combined with hand outs and the use of the interactive white board. Learners will have the opportunity for practice of the various techniques within the lessons. However, to gain maximum benefits, learners will be encouraged to practise out of the class to find and develop the techniques that suits them.
