This course is carefully designed for people who are looking to improve their bone health. It will be delivered online via Zoom, hence there is a luxury of learning at home. The Pilates repertoire exercises have been modified to achieve the goals of the learner, taking into consideration common medical conditions related to bone health. Each learner will be individually guided to ensure the correct exercises are practised using accessories where appropriate. e.g.: stretchy bands, hand weights. Chairs will be used for a range of seated exercises.
