This course is carefully designed for people who are looking to improve their physical fitness. This course will be delivered online via Zoom, hence you can learn from home. The Pilates repertoire of exercises have been modified and adapted to achieve the goals of the mature learner, taking into consideration common medical conditions related to the ageing process. This course will assist and guide the learner to practise the age appropriate and safe Pilates exercises using accessories where appropriate, including stretchy bands or small balls. Chairs will be used for a range of seated exercises.
