This course will be delivered online during lockdown.Increase your body awareness, improve posture, strength, flexibility, stamina and breathing. Learn to relax, helping you reduce feelings of stress in daily life. Learn how to focus on your body alignment and improve your posture. You will practise a variety of yoga asanas (postures), Pranayama (breathing techniques) and relaxation. This course covers standing, sitting, supine, prone and upside down (inverted) postures. You will practise forward and backward bends, twists, side stretches and balancing This course will help to increase your strength, flexibility, body awareness, posture and enhance general well-being. Attending a weekly yoga class will improve your general health and well-being. Enter, feeling tired and achy maybe, leave refreshed, relaxed and energized.
