This course will be delivered online during the lockdown.This course is designed for active seniors who want to kick start their week! Each learner will be assessed for their level of mobility and flexibility in the first few weeks of the course. The tutor will then design a programme of exercises that aim to gently develop and increase learners stamina, balance and flexibility whilst having fun.PROVISIONAL DATES FOR PROPOSED EXAMS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THERE WILL BE NO CLASS ON 15/03/21 DUE TO EXAMS TAKING PLACE.
