Ease yourself into Thursday mornings with a yoga practice at home. Ease away any night time stiffness with simple yoga poses that energise the body, focus the mind and calm the breath. We will include side stretches, arm sequences for shoulder tension postural alignment and supported back bends. You will need a yoga mat, four foam blocks, a brick, a belt and a blanket. If you don't have yoga props, you may improvise with a chair, towels, scarf etc. Your camera also must be switched on, so the teacher ensures you are practising correctly.
