Join this course to improve your maths abilities in everyday life and work, for example: managing your finances, supporting your child, interpreting maths at work. You will work with other adults of a similar ability and cover topics that include: whole numbers, negative numbers, using simple formulae, addition, subtraction, multiplication and division, fractions, decimals, percentages, ratios, time, money, measurement, area, perimeter, volume, shape, interpreting and representing information, mean, range, and basic probability.You will take a functional skills qualification and will gain skills to prepare you for study at GCSE.
