This course is a 11 week course and part of a discrete curriculum for Adults with Learning Difficulties. This course covers basic skills in exercising for fitness including how to warm up, how to work independently, in pairs and in groups, to work as a team and to cool down and stretch.PROVISIONAL DATES FOR PROPOSED EXAMS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.
