This course is carefully designed for people who are looking to strengthen the muscles which supports the spine, the Pilates repertoire exercises have been modified to achieve the goals of the learner, taking into consideration common medical conditions related ageing or common injuries on the back. Each learner will be individually guided to ensure the correct exercises are practiced using accessories where appropriate. e.g., Stretchy bands, hand weights. Over balls etc.
