This course for parents will be about developing positive routines for young children that suit your own familys lifestyle. Over the four weeks we will explore lots of ideas including: having fun and getting out and about with your children, thinking about low cost or no cost activities you can enjoy with your children, developing sleep routines, positive meal times and healthy food choices, and potty training. Each week, information will be shared about a topic and we will discuss together and in small groups. You can bring children under 12 months to these sessions, but the course will be focused on adult activities.
