Your tall cakes will have the contemporary sharp edges and flawless result. You will be taught how to coat your cakes using chocolate ganache and buttercream. You will decorate and present these delicious cakes making them to a saleable or giftable standard. You will develop modern styles of decorating understanding the principles of colour and texture to achieve that professional and smooth finish. You will also work with edible paints and stencils.The aims of this course will be to build your confidence, increase decorative skills, learn new and tried and trusted techniques, and of course have fun!
