Previous knowledge of the Simplified Short Form and or other Tai Chi Forms is necessary for this class.You will be learning Wu/Hao Style Tai Chi one of the original five traditional family styles ( Chen, Yang, Woo, Wu/Hao and Sun Styles ) Having more complex and subtle elements starting with the Short Form and progressing to more complex forms and routines, we will also be practicing certain Qigong routines associated with Wu/Hao Style Tai Chi and developing existing Qigong practices.
