Would you like to learn how to breathe efficiently, to improve posture, alignment felexibility and strength? This 11 week course is for Adults with Learning Difficulties and supports community inclusion and health pathways. During this course you will explore various forms of achieving a sense of wellbeing, eg QiGong, Yoga based work, and Pilates. Relaxation and massage skills will be introduced. This class will include exercises suited to the learners' group using chairs and mats.
