Deepen your Tai Chi practice in this three-part course for learners who have already studied the simplified short form or other Tai Chi forms. In this class, you will learn Wu/Hao style Tai Chi, which is one of the five traditional family styles along with Chen, Yang, Woo and Sun styles. Wu/Hao style has more subtle, complex elements, making it a great way to improve your technique and broaden your understanding. Starting with the short form, we will then progress to more complex forms and routines. We'll also practise some Qigong routines associated with Wu/Hao style Tai Chi, as well as developing our existing Qigong practices.
