This 11 week course is for Adults with Learning Difficulties and supports health and wellbeing pathway. During this course you will gain knowledge and skills in area of cooking. A wide and varied range of topics and skills will be explored, for example: diet, nutrition, food hygiene and basic food preparation. You will explore a range of sweet and savoury dishes which not only are healthy but easy to make. This course will include learning how to shop for ingredients on a budget, while cooking healthily and tasty.
