Explore the richly coloured, intimate worlds of Doron Langberg in this one-day studio painting workshop at the Brockley Rise Centre. Through group discussion, practical demonstrations, and one-to-one support, youll investigate Langbergs approach to figurative painting, focusing on expressive use of colour, texture, and atmosphere to convey emotion and everyday moments. Youll be encouraged to experiment with painterly mark-making, layered surfaces, and working from memory or observation. (If you have images you would like to work from please bring them with you to the class). Learners who would prefer to develop their own personal projects are welcome to do so throughout the day. Our expert tutor will adapt their guidance to suit your individual interests and level of experience. All materials are provided. Please wear clothes suitable for painting.
