This course is for adults with special educational needs and learning disabilities who would like to get digitally creative using simple, accessible technology! You can explore art, design, and media by reimagining existing artwork, creating posters and cards, and producing simple videos. Sessions are practical and supportive, helping you to build confidence with devices while expressing yourself creatively. Over three terms, learners progress from basic digital art to creating their own digital media projects. In term 1, you will be introduced to digital art tools and begin experimenting with colour, shapes, and images. You can explore and recreate simple artwork using accessible programs such as Microsoft Paint and Canva. The focus is on building confidence, basic mouse/control skills, and creative expression.
